How to Journal for Family Caregiving
"How to Journal for Family Caregiving(C)" was designed by Caring Causes, Inc to help family members stay organized and save hundreds of hours on documentation and details to help make family caregiving a success for both the caregiver and their loved one. Doctors appointments will be more productive with correct documentation, in lieu of your memory. Your care team will be informed and up to speed on care and changes. Medicare, Medicaid, VA and Long Term Care providers will have up to date documentation to help with underwriting if and when needed.

Level II - Guide book*, Plus - Two hour weekly training and support, with how to set up documentation Binder at your home with a one-on-one certified professional for 3 months -

Level III - Guide book*, Plus weekly 2 hour weekly training and support, with how to set up documentation Binder at your home with a one-one-one certified professional for 3 months. Plus training and support will continue as needed for up to 4 hours training a month and phone support for one year.
